Raw Banana-Oat Breakfast
1/4 cup oat grouts, soaked overnight and dried
Currents or raisins, as desired
Agave, to taste
For the oat grouts, I like to make a lot of them at one time. Soak them overnight and then rinse well. Place in your dehydrator (or low oven) to dry them out.
1. Peel and slice banana. Place in bowl with oat grouts and raisins. Add a splash of agave (I use about 1/2 tablespoon) for sweetness. Stir together and enjoy!
You can also add other spices or fruits. It is very versatile!
