Raw Kale and Apple Salad

What you need: 

4 cups kale, chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
few dashes sesame oil
1 medium apple, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

What you do: 

1. Put kale in large bowl and add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix until leaves are well coated.
2. Add apples and walnuts; mix well.
3. Serve immediately or allow to chill for 1 hour, then serve.
Quick, easy, energizing, and super nutritious raw salad.
