Raw Pecan Milk Shake

What you need: 

1 cup raw pecans
2 cups water
1 fresh young coconut, milk and meat removed
Raw agave, to taste
1/2 pinch salt
Cinnamon (optional)

What you do: 

1) Soaking pecans and water in a bowl for 4 to 12 hours. Use enough water to cover pecans plus a little more.
2) Once the pecans are soaked place in the blender. Add fresh coconut milk, coconut meat, salt and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar to taste. To thin the consistency of the shake you can add more water. Enjoy!
