Raw Pina Colada Shake

What you need: 

1-2 coconuts
1/2 pineapple, chopped (or 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks if using fresh bananas)
2 frozen bananas
2 medjool dates
few cubes ice, optional

What you do: 

1. Open up the coconut(s) and pour the coconut water into the blender, and scrape out the meat of the coconut(s) into the blender. Use more or less for desired consistency.
2. Add pineapple, bananas, and dates to the blender. Add ice on top if not using frozen bananas or frozen pineapple.
