Really Fast Steamed Veggies and Toast!

What you need: 

1 cup frozen mixed veggies (My bag had peas,corn,green beans, and carrots)
2/3 cup frozen corn
2 slices sprouted grain sesame bread
1 JUMBO vegan not dog (I used Lightlife)
1-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
5 cherry tomatoes
2 BIG handfuls greens
kelp powder, optional
dill, optional
mustard, optional

What you do: 

Steam frozen veggies in steamer for 5 min.
Put bread in toaster while steaming veggies.
Tear greens into bite sized pieces.
Cut "not dog" into slices.
When veggies are done put in "not dog" and greens into steamer and steam for 1 min.
Cut 1 slice of bread into bite sized pieces, set other slice aside.
Pour veggies and not dog into bowl ON TOP of bread.
Top that with yeast and tomatoes (and seasonings,if using)
