Respiratory Oil Blend

What you need:

30 ml carrier oil (e.g. grapeseed) incl. 6 drops wheatgerm oil
6 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops frankincense e.o.
3 drops pine e.o.
3 drops eucalyptus e.o.

What you do:

Gives a 3% dilution. May also be made up in a plain, vegetable oil-based lotion. The wheatgerm oil is necessary to preserve the life of your blend; if you intend to use it up quickly, then this is not necessary. You can also purchase ready-blended carrier oil bases, which usually include the correct amount of wheatgerm oil already.
This oil was originally blended for sinusitis, since I find conventional recipes far too strong and camphoraceous. It is gentle - and smells delightful - but does work. It is useful for the respiratory tract in general, from colds to asthma, and also helps calm panic attacks.
