Rick's Casserole

What you need:

1 package soy crumble (plain)
1 jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite kind)
1 12-16 oz package of noodles ( I use something fun looking)
vegan tofu sour cream
vegan soy mozzarella cheeze

What you do:

This is one of the easiest recipes you will ever prepare. I took my grandmas recipe and modified it to be vegan. This was one of my favorites growing up and now it will be one of my kids favorites. Enjoy!
Cook noodles by manufactures instructions. Heat up soy crumble. Mix in spaghetti sauce once crumble is heated. Drain noodles and place in casserole dish. Mix in sauce mixture. Drop in about 4-6 spoonfuls of sour cream. Mix up until it looks creamy. Top with cheeze and foil then bake at 375F for approx. 30 mins. I remove foil and bake until cheeze is bubbly.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This one is great! I made it for dinner the other night, even my meat eating hubby loved it.The only thing I changed was that I used meatless meatballs instead of the soy crumbles. Basically the same thing, but the meatballs contain a little bit of seasoning.  ;)b

This recipe was so quick and easy and oh so delicious!! I took the suggestion of some other posters and
stir fried the Light life soy crumbles with some garlic, onions, jalapenos and herbs. I topped it with some Soya Kaas Mozzarella and couldn't believe how amazingly cheesy it turned out. Thank you.<a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com... target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_55.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fi...

i made this recipe for myself and my omni boyfriend and roommate and it was really good. i used morningstar crumbles, which i stirfryed with garlic and onion, then i added some mushrooms and zucchini. i thought the zucchini really added a lot to the casserole. i will be making this again with more zucchini, mushrooms, and maybe some spinach.

Just made this for the third time and used Morning Star Farms' italian sausage meal starter for the meat.  That was a good choice.  I also added green peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and a handful of different spices.  Will this recipe never get old?

Well, I did make this for dinner and it was quick, easy and delicious.  I will have leftovers for lunch (and dinner) tomorrow.

I ate this for 2 weeks straight!!  Next time I will cut the recipe in half and freeze some.

I just finished eating this and it was great.  We used gimme lean sausage and added spinach to the recipe.  i gave it a 4 because it could definitely use more veggeis. next time we'll add onions and olives and maybe broccoli as well.
this is delicious and filling and  as my girlfriend just said, "we wouldn't want to eat this every day."  It's that good.  :D
