Roasted Garlic Dressing

What you need: 

15 cloves garlic, unpeeled
2 cups olive oil
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup water
2 teaspoon salt
2 tb Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon pepper

What you do: 

1. Bake garlic cloves in oiled, covered pan at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven, let cool.
2. Squeeze garlic from skins, discard skins.
3. Puree garlic cloves with other ingredients until smooth.
