Ros Zesty and Zippy Green Beans

What you need: 

4 cups green beans, fresh or frozen and trimmed
2 tablespoons olive or grapeseed oil
1/2-3/4 cup golden raisins
generous pinch sea salt
red pepper flakes, to taste
1/2 lemon, juiced

What you do: 

1. Place beans in a pot over medium heat and add oil, raisins, spices, and lemon.
2. Toss and cook until the beans are hot.

Not bad! I liked the zesty-spicy-sweet mix! Thanks for a new way to cook up a side dish next to my bean burgers!  ;)
