Ruth Heidrichs Rice Ramen Curry

What you need: 

1 package ramen noodles
1 cup cilantro (Chinese parsely), chopped
1/2 cup raisins
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon curry powder

What you do: 

Cook a pot of rice in your rice cooker. Break up the ramen noodles in the package with the heel of your hand. Open package and mix the crushed noodles with the brown rice. Add the spice package that comes with the ramen, and the remaining ingredients. This can be served hot or cold.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Top Ramen brand makes a Spicy Vegetable flavor (hard to find) and the Oriental Flavor that do not have any kinf of beef/chicken stock/broth or animal fat.

I've had a hard time finding it, but there's a really delicious mushroom flavored ramen that I believe is vegan.

This was great!  Fast (we used instant brown rice), inexpensive and yummy.  Thanks for the recipe, we'll make this again!  :D
