1 lime (you can use more if you like)
1 pinch of sea salt
1 or 2 jalapenos (you can use serranos if you like)
1 small white onion
1/2 cup of cilantro
1. Chop tomatillos, onion and jalopenos, cilantro (in that order -that way you will not have the pepper juice or onion juice stuck on your hands). If you like it hot...try serranos or habeneros (then I just think you are insane).
2. Mix tomatillos, onion, and jalopenos, cilantro. Add sea salt
3. Half the lime(s) and squeeze the juices into the salsa.
There ya go. If you make it really chunky - try it on tacos.
