2 cups baby greens
1 cup red cabbage, chopped or thinly sliced
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup spinach, chopped if not baby spinach
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup soy nuts
Mix all the ingredients. Tasty all on its own, or add your favorite salad dressing, to taste.
