Sarahs Famous Broccoli Stirfry

What you need:

1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon corn starch
2-4 drops brown gravy sauce
powdered vegetable stock, to taste
1-2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 whole head broccoli, chopped
soy sauce, to taste

What you do:

1. Add cornstarch to water with brown gravy sauce, and powdered stock. Mix well, and set aside.
2. Pour the oil into the wok, and heat it up. Add the garlic, and saute it for a few minutes. Then add the broccoli, and saute for a few minutes.
3. Pour the liquid mixture over the broccoli, and continue to saute. At this point you can add as much, or as little of the soy sauce depending on your love for it. Saute for a few more minutes, and bam!! a delicious dish awaits you.
