Sautéed Garlic Kale

What you need: 

2 bunches of kale, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves

Sea salt, to taste  

Black pepper, to taste

Red, yellow, or orange peppers, chopped (optional)

 

What you do: 

In a large wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Place remaining ingredients into wok and cook until kale is slightly wilted. Enjoy!
