3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup vegan butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
egg replacer for 2 eggs (I use Enger-G)
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
12 oz chocolate chips
1) Preheat the oven to 350.
2) Beat together brown sugar and vegan butter until well mixed. Add the white sugar and beat until well mixed. Stir in the vanilla extract and egg replacer.
3) Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and chocolate and mix until everything is incorporated.
4) Bake for 12-15 minutes until they look good enough to eat!
