Scrumptious Salad Spread

What you need: 

1/2 (8 ounce) package soy curls (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons chicken style seasoning (I use Butler Chik-style Seasoning)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)

What you do: 

1. Soak the soy curls in warm water for about 10 minutes. Squeeze off water and dice. (You can use a food processor or a good-old knife!)
2. Add the chicken style seasoning and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
3. Chill and serve on crackers for a delicious appetizer. It also makes great sandwiches!
