Scrumptious Summer Salad

What you need: 

3 Cups Spinach

1 Small Cucumber

6 Cherry Tomatoes

2 Tb. Cashews

1 Tb. Garlic/Basil Infused Oil

1 Tb. Sundried Tomatoes

What you do: 

Cut up cucumber into bite sized cubes.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

Mix everything together.

Enjoy!
