Sesame-Miso Vegan Dip Recipe

What you need: 

1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon tamari (soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2" piece ginger, grated and juiced
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup, optional
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional

What you do: 

1. Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir together until smooth and creamy.
2. If you're using this as a salad dressing, you may want to thin it out a bit with water or more vinegar.
