Shamrock Shake

What you need: 

1 quart vegan vanilla ice cream
1-1/3 cups regular unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
8 drops green food color (optional)

What you do: 

Combine ice cream and almond milk in blender and puree until smooth. Add extract and food color, blending until incorporated.
