Simple Oatmeal Energy Smoothie

What you need: 

1/4 cup organic oatmeal
2 oz water or low fat soy milk
5-7 dates (depending on how sweet you like it)
1 peeled banana
3 tablespoons coconut milk
dash of cinnamon

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
