Simple Pico de Gallo
4 plum tomatoes
cilantro (plenty, don't be shy) if spread flat out, maybe two inches wide of this stuff
1. Dice the tomatoes and jalapeño and the cilantro.
2. Toss together and squeeze lemon juice on top.
3. Add salt for taste and dig in!
Yummy Yummy oh so summery! I even eat this plain sometimes, without chips or anything!
