Simple Shade of Pink Smoothie

What you need: 

1 1/4 cup soymilk
1 large banana
5 or 6 frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Ground flax seed, as desired

What you do: 

1) Put it all in the blender and blend until it reaches the texture you like. Simple and tasty.
Source of recipe: It's what I happened to throw in the blender
