Simple Sweet Grape Smoothie

What you need: 

2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and then frozen
1 cup water
10 to 15 red seedless grapes

What you do: 

In a blender combine frozen banana slices and water, then add grapes. Blend for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on how long your blender takes to completely blend the grape skin fragments.
