Smoky Cheez Dip

What you need: 

1 cup water
3/4 cup raw sunflower kernels
1/2 cup quick oats, or more if needed for consistency
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon salt, or less

What you do: 

Chuck all ingredients in blender, whizz the heck out of it on puree for about 5 minutes, until it's smooth and creamy. Add more water or quick oats until you like the consistency.
