1 packet of Westbrae Naturals Ramen
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1-2 tsps. Chinese hot oil*
some diced tofu
sliced red peppers, carrots, or any other vegetables you want
*(widely available--the stuff with the hot pepper bits in it)
Cook the Ramen noodles and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the sesame and hot oils. Add those after you're finishe'd cooking, so that their flavor doesn't get boiled away.
Thats it! The soup is extremely easy to make, flavorful, and a vast improvement over just plain Ramen.
