Soynut Butter and Apple Sandwich

What you need: 

hearty whole grain bread
1 apple cored and sliced
soy nut butter
ground flax seed
cinnamon

What you do: 

We eat this for breakfast. Just toast the bread, slather on the soynut butter, sprinkle ground flax seed over the top and then add the sliced apple and cinnamon. Slap together and enjoy!

Got to admit I'd invented this on my own, but since I'm here I might as well say how delicious this recipe is!! :-)
