Spaghetti Bolognese with Tofu

What you need:

1 package firm, regular tofu
1 or 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (or fresh)
1 onion
olive oil
a can of sweet corn (or seasoned vegetables of choice)
garlic to taste
basil
oregano
thyme (best fresh)
chili powder to taste
salt to taste

What you do:

Grate tofu blocks so it almost looks like hash. Chop onion and fry in olive oil. Add tofu, fry (you can add soy sauce, if you want.) Add vegetables, then the tomatoes (chopped). Add a bit of water, and the chili powder. Simmer until the vegetable is done and the water has dissolved. Add herbs and garlic to taste (personally, I prefer lots of garlic). Spice to taste. Before serving, add another spoon of olive oil (take pan from hot plate before adding oil).
Note: This just looks like the real thing. I managed to fool a lot of people. Kids will love it.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Thanks for the recipe, was very easy to make although it was the first time for me that I used Tofu. My friend loved it and said it was the best meal she had this year :-)
