Spaghetti Teheran

What you need: 

250g spaghetti
7-8 tomatoes (or a can of chopped)
1 onion
6-8 dried black olives
1 clove of garlic
cinnamon
turmeric
salt, pepper, olive oil

What you do: 

1. Skin and dice tomatoes, onion and garlic.
2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil; take out again.
3. Put the tomatoes in and let cook until you get a sauce (always have some water with them or they'll burn).
4. Add the onions and garlic again, cut olives in half and spice with cinnamon, turmeric, salt and pepper.
-> Eat with (surprise ^.^) the spaghetti which you've hopefully cooked before. I love this with vegan parmesan cheese though it is hard to get.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I found the recipe to be good nothing special, I have cooked this as a stand by when I had no clue on what to cook.  :P
