Spanish Rice and "Chicken" Wraps

What you need:

1 cup (8 oz.) salsa of your choosing
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 4 oz. can diced green chills
1 package fake chicken strips (I like Light Life brand)
10 flour tortillas
cilantro (as much as you like)
corn (I like to eyeball it and is optional)
1 box Spanish rice, check ingredients (or make your own)

What you do:

1. In a saucepan, prepare rice according to the directions on the box.
2. In a skillet, combine salsa, beans, chilies, fake chicken, and cilantro, and warm through.
3. Serve the bean mixture in warmed tortillas with the Spanish rice on the side.
You could mix the rice into the bean mixture, but I think that it takes away from the flavors of both the rice and the beans. Also, you obviously don't have to make the rice on the side, but I think that it is a great combo. This recipe is fast and DE-LISH!
