Spiced Sunflower Seed Mix

What you need:

1 cup organic hulled sunflower seeds (or pumpkin)
1/4 cup organic raw sesame seeds (black or white)
2-3 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos or Tamari
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon each cumin and coriander
pinch of cayenne (optional)
a few drops of Stevia (herb sweetener - optional, if not using cumin and coriander)

What you do:

Soak sunflower/pumpkin and sesame seeds in Tamari and water mixture for at least two hours. The seeds will start to look plump.
Stir in spices and spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated 150F oven overnight.
Cool completely on baking sheet and store in an airtight container.
Good as a garnish, sprinkled on cooked veggies or salads and even plain. Soaked and slowly baked seeds/nuts are much easier for your body to digest.
