Spicy Black Bean Dip

What you need: 

2 cans (19oz) black beans
300g silken tofu
1 pouch onion soup mix
2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

What you do: 

1- Drain and rinse beans & tofu.
2- Place in food processor and blend for a couple of seconds.
3- Put everything else in the food processor, blend until smooth.
4- Add more cumin as desired.
5- ENJOY!
