Spicy Broccoli and Pasta

What you need: 

2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2-5 dried whole red peppers, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound tomatoes, chopped
1 pound spiral veggie pasta
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 cup pine nuts

What you do: 

1. Saute garlic and red peppers in olive oil until soft, then add tomatoes and mash up into a paste and simmer.
2. Put pasta on to cook according to package directions, al dente. Steam broccoli florets for 5 minutes then run under cold water to refresh.
3. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
This recipe is very forgiving and can be adjusted easily to suit anybody's taste for spiciness.'
