Spicy Mexican Rice

What you need: 

2 cups brown rice, cooked as directed on package
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup shallot, chopped
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/8-1/4 cup hot peppers
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons tex-mex seasoning
3 teaspoons lime juice
salt
pepper
olive oil

What you do: 

Fry rice in olive oil, with vegetable. Add tomatoes last. Add spiced and lime juice.
EAT!
