Spicy Peanut Butter Stiryfry Veggies

What you need: 

1 1/2 tablespoon vegan butter (you could Earth Balance)
I/2 medium onion, miced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 medium sweet potato
1/2 head of cauliflower
To make sauce:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoon vegan liquid sweetener (you could use agave)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon cumin
3oz rice noodles, soaked
salt to taste (important)

What you do: 

Throw the SWEET POTATO and cook until almost brown, add ONION and GARLIC.
Meanwhile steam CAULIFLOWER.
Add all the veggies together.
Sauce:
Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet, except for the RICE NOODLES.
Put mixture on the RICE NOODLES (after being soaked)
Source of recipe: I invented this as an alteration to a peanut sauce recipe I read. it's not too many servings which is good cause I'm single.
