Spicy Wedges (Chunky Chips)

What you need: 

4 medium-large potatoes
oil spray, as needed
1/4 teaspoon ground chili
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F and line baking sheet with foil. Prick potatoes with fork and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Arrange on prepared oven tray, lightly spray with oil spray.
3. Mix spices, and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until crisp.'

I used a different method altogether, I just poured a bit of oil from a cup onto all the wedges prior to spicing them.  Kind of messy but it worked at least.  They ended up really good but while eating them I couldn't help but feel that something was missing.  Soy cheese maybe?  Anyway they make for decent snacks!
