Spicy Yukon Gold and Sweet Potato Fries

What you need: 

3 medium size Yukon gold potatoes
1 large sweet potato
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
black pepper

What you do: 

Cut up the potatoes into shoestrings or Chunks. Place on a large baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and vinegar. Add the seasonings.
Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes turn fries over. Bake for another ten minutes, and broil for about 2 or 3 minutes at the end.
Crispy, spicy, yummy.
I also dip these in a sauce made from two tablespoons ketchup with 1 teaspoon Vegenaise.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

These didn't get very crispy, and in fact were pretty soft. The dressing on them helped them retain moisture, as they didn't get a dry skin like roasted potatoes. Enjoyable.
