Strangely Delicious Sandwich

What you need:

2 slices of your favorite bread
vegan soy butter
2 tablespoon hummus
2-4 slices fake "cold cuts" (Chik'n or Turk'y are best)
1 tablespoon or so BBQ sauce

What you do:

Spread soy butter on one side of one of the pieces of bread. Put it on a hot griddle (or george foreman grill), margarine side down. spread the hummus on the other side of that piece of bread.
Layer the soy cold cuts on top of the hummus.
Spread soy butter on one side of the other piece of bread.
Spread your BBQ sauce (or squirt if you have a bottle) on the fake cold cuts.
Place the other piece of bread, soy margarine side up, on the griddle.
Flip the sandwich over. Continue to toast until golden brown.
This is the strangest combination of flavors, but I swear, it is AMAZNG. It kicked my protein craving AND BBQ craving AND grilled "cheese" craving in one sandwich!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I just read this recipe and it sounds very tasty. I see that it was posted five years ago and it doesn't have a single comment or vote.

This must be the loneliest recipe ever.

I'd vote, but I haven't made this yet. We don't usually buy the vegan 'cold cuts' as I prefer to make seitan. I'd just that I'm cheap and seitan is easy with a bread machine. But, I digress. I'm going to make this recipe, with seitan, and then I will have the authority to vote.
