Strawberry Banana Mango Shake

What you need: 

1/2 litre of soy milk or nut milk*
1 large dollop of soy yoghurt (optional)**
1/4 litre of orange juice
2 medium to large bananas
4 large strawberries
3-4 large slices of fresh mango***
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (optional)

What you do: 

Stick it in the blender for 10 to 20 seconds and pour! Turns a milky pink with bits of crushed flaxseed.
Notes*I used quarter-litre Edensoy Extra Vanilla and quarter litre almond milk.**I used plain, you can use fruit-flavoured, too.***You could try to replace hard-to-find mango with peach. I have no idea how that would taste, though.
