Strawberry "Butter"

What you need: 

1 stick (8 tablespoons) of vegan soy butter
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of strawberries (thawed and drained if using frozen)

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer or blend in a blender (low speed) until the mixture is creamy.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
