Strawberry Oat Groats

What you need: 

1/4 cup oat groats
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/2 cup water
2 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
shake of cinnamon

What you do: 

Soak oat groats and flax seed in water overnight.
The next morning, stir up the bowl (it will be gooey) and microwave it until you get your preferred crunchiness or softness. (I nuke mine for about a minute, so it is warm but crunchy.)
Add cut up fresh or frozen strawberries, a spoonful of brown sugar, and a shake of cinnamon.
*If you are grossed out by the goo that soaked flax seeds make, don't bother with this recipe. It's basically a sweet and warm bowl of goo. But it's pretty and delicious.
