Stromboli

What you need: 
1 lb fake beef crumbles
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/14-1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp rosemary leaves
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 dash oregano
1 1/2 tsp grated mozzarella
1 loaf french/vienna bread
 
What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Sauté onions, green peppers and fake beef until browned
3. Add tomato sauce, paste, water, garlic salt, rosemary, parmesan, oregano and simmer.
4. Slice bread lengthwise, remove some inside and sprinkle empty bottom space with some mozzarella.  Top with fake-meat mixture.
5. Add remaining cheese to top and replace top layer of bread.
6. Cook 15 min or until bread is golden brown and crunchy.
