2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup cooked, chopped spinach
2 tablespoons tamari
1 cup tomato puree
10 green cabbage leaves, steamed 5-10 minutes, until tender
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish. Combine all ingredients except cabbage.
2. Mix well and fill each cabbage leaf with some of the mixture. Put any left over mixture on the bottom of the pan.
3. Add cabbage to pan, and cook covered in prepared pan for 25 minutes. '
