Stuffed Pepper Soup

What you need: 

2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 large green bell peppers, chopped
3 small onions, chopped
2 cups crumbled vegan beef
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 1/2 (20 ounce) jars spaghetti or marinara sauce
1/2 cup crushed pineapple

What you do: 

1. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
2. Cook on low 4-5 hours.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was pretty bland.  I even added two vegan beef boullion cubes and some parma on top.  I also added a little veggie sausage in with the ground 'burger' and it still didn't help.
