1 ounce sour mix (equal parts lime juice and simple syrup)
1 ounce cucumber infused water
2 ounces good quality gin
1) Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a pinch of saffron and a cucumber spear.
I throw a bit of cucumber in the blender with some water, blend well and the strain to make the infusion.
