Sun Dried Tomato and Artichoke Dip

What you need: 

8 1/2 ounces sundried tomatoes in oil
6 ounces silken tofu
4 cloves garlic
20 leaves fresh basil
13 ounces artichokes in water, drained
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or pretzels.
