Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Potato Salad

What you need: 

3 cups fresh basil
4-5 red potatoes
2-3 sundried tomatoes
pinch of salt
1-2 cloves garlic
olive oil

What you do: 

Put the basil, tomatoes, garlic, and salt into the food processor, puree. Add olive oil slowly and blend for desired texture.
Boil red potatoes with the skin on. Chop into chunks.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
