Sunflower Burgers

What you need: 

2.5 cup Sunflower seeds (raw or roasted)
2 cup Grated carrots
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
2 Tbl. Water
Salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
1/2 cup Tomato juice

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 425
Grate sunflower seeds in blender and add to carrots in a bowl. Saute onions in water then add to bowl and mix well.
Add salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add tomato juice and mix well.
For thinner mixture add more tomato juice. Oil baking sheet. Form into patties and bake for about 20 minutes on each side.
