Sunflower Salad

What you need: 

2-4 cups of sprouted sunflower seeds
a few Roma tomatoes sliced coin-size
one half to 3/4 cup of tamari almonds
1 ripe peach chopped into bite-size pieces
1 pepper, chopped (any colour but green)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

What you do: 

Mix all of the ingredients. Enjoy!
