Super Healthy Chia Seed Pudding
2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups almond or rice milk
Agave or maple syrup, to taste
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup goji berries (optional)
1) Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
This makes a great breakfast or dessert -- packed full of nutrition.
