Super Lazy Tofu Sandwich of Amazingness

What you need:

1 (12-ounce) block firm/extrafirm tofu (frozen, thawed, drained)
2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos (may substitute with soy sauce)
2 tablespoons vinegar (I use apple cider or rice but white works, too)
your choice of bread (English muffin, etc.)
vegan maynnaise
hot sauce

What you do:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Put Braggs and vinegar in a container and mix. Dip tofu in the mixture making sure each side gets a good amount absorbed into it. If you want to can let it marinade in the fridge for a few hours but its not essential.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, flip, then bake for another 8 to12 minutes depending on how you like your texture.
4. Put on your choice of bread (or not, I'm usually too lazy) and put on vegan mayo or hot sauce, or not, your choice.
Source of recipe: This is based off of the Egg McVegan recipe on here by veganstraightedge (thank you!) but tweeked for the lazy with a different flavor. Also this is under breakfasts but is good for any meal.
